About Me
Hi, I’m Nicki and I own ARTventurers Stockport; specialising in art and creative play classes for babies and toddlers in Stockport.
I am a qualified teacher and I spent the majority of my career loving every minute of teaching in Reception. I am passionate about bringing creative fun to the families of Stockport and supporting babies and toddlers to develop in many areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I am due to have my second baby in June and so you’ll be seeing the wonderful Gaby in classes while I’m on maternity leave. Gaby has previously worked in nurseries and has two wonderful children of her own. She has been bringing her children to sessions as an ARTventurers parent for over 3 years and having been on the ‘other side’ of the classes she already knows the benefits of what we offer and is passionate about inspiring your little ones to be as creative as they can be!
Our in-depth knowledge of child development enables us to really stretch and support your children to get the most out of each and every class, and most importantly we’ll all be having lots of fun together too!
We offer term time classes, Intergenerational classes in local care homes, monthly Saturday sessions with Just4Dads in Romiley, and mixed-age sessions during every school holiday too!
If you’re booking onto our term time classes then your little one will also get to create a fabulous ongoing piece of artwork throughout the term which we like to call our ‘Showstopper’! You can also book on a ‘Casual Enrolment’ basis if you can only make single sessions’ but you will need to book a minimum of 4 casual sessions at the beginning of term to receive a showstopper.
